beds were comfy and staff was so kind and helpful.

the pool wasn't very clean and there was a lot of dust in the room and bathroom.

Very old; bathroom needs some attention: grout in bathroom floor breaking up/loose tiles. Wall/tub surround(side wall) broken/cracked

The breakfast was excellent, especially the homemade biscuits and gravy. The staff was friendly, and I appreciated the early breakfast arrangement for our fishing trip.

The stay here was very nice during a business trip. The rooms were freshly decorated and updated, had smoke detectors for safety. The staff was efficient, I'm grateful for their help. The location was comfy and excellent, just 5 min walk from Somerset Mall. And the area was decent, close to Really close to the mall and a good area of town and trains.

Everything was nice, efficient staff, good location so close to the lake, 27 or trains, and the mall. The room we had included a flat-screen TV with satellite channels, a microwave and a refrigerator...

The staff, particularly Rachel, offered fantastic service and the clean, comfortable room was perfect after long days exploring. The breakfast options satisfied my morning cravings. I found the parking a bit challenging to navigate.

I was furious with their customer service. The staff was rude when I inquired about my pet deposit, flat-out stating that they didn't care about any bad reviews I might leave. The first room we were assigned reeked of smoke, and the replacement suite was located next to a stairwell where I could hear constant disruptive noise throughout my stay.

I especially appreciated the large and fresh towels in the bathroom, as well as the quality of the breakfast with a variety of options such as sausage, eggs, and waffles. The indoor pool was a nice touch, and the hotel was conveniently located with well-lit parking, ensuring safety during late arrivals.
